Shipping policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Delivery fee is calculated at the time of purchase.

We deliver Wednesday to Friday during two time slots, 7:00am to 8:00am, and 2:30pm to 3:30pm. Delivery times are approximate and delays may occur due to a high volume of orders.

Delivery orders must be placed at least 72 hours before the delivery date.

Gateaux by Marc Frissard delivers up to 15km from our Mentone store. If the address is within a 5km radius of our store a delivery fee of $15 will be incurred, addresses between 5.1km and 10km will incur a $25 delivery fee, and between 10.1km to 15km will incur a $35 delivery fee.

Delivery may vary during the holiday season, Christmas and Easter.

Gift vouchers will not cover delivery fees.

Gateaux by Marc Frissard does not accept liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery.
